Deborah Wright

Deborah Wright is an Firearms Investigative Analyst for the Orange County Sheriff’s Office,
since 2008. During her 19-year career in law enforcement, she has held positions as
a Report Review Analyst and 911 Operator.

Deborah earned her B.S. in Liberal Studies with a minor in Legal Studies from University of Central Florida in 1997. Miss Wright received a Crime Analyst Certification from the University of Central Florida in 2004. In July of 2009,  Deborah graduated from the Florida Law Enforcement Analyst Academy. In October 2009, she attended and graduated from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office  Leadership Initiatives for Excellence (LIFE) course. Deborah is dedicated not only  in her community, but she promotes sharing intelligence in and outside of her agency. Deborah serves as an Analyst Mentoring Program (AMP) Board Member.

In 2009, she joined the AMP board to offer her skills to mentor fellow analysts in the program. Miss Wright is a team player and works very hard learning the newest technology to be better equipped and prepared to handle the high demand of  investigative and/or intelligence analysis in her field.  Although Miss Wright is fully dedicated to her career goals in law enforcement, she
brings a tremendous amount of public service to her community. Deborah served as  a leader of Hospitality for five years in her church. Miss Wright has served as a member on several agency committees to provide leadership, clerical, and  management skills as well as in the community. Deborah owns and manages her  successful Mary Kay beauty cosmetic business for over ten years. In addition, she  is an active member of the Business Women Inspirational Network (BWIN) that  assists members on leadership, customer service, IRS regulations, banking  regulations, and copy right laws. Deborah enjoys traveling, walking on the beach,  dancing, and working out in her spare time. Miss Wright is a multi-talented  individual in various areas of her career and personal life. Deborah’s ambition,  dedication, and zeal will be a great asset to the Florida Crime and Intelligence Analyst Association, Inc. (FCIAA) as a dedicated member.
