⚠️Before registering, please note that if you select Check or Register Now, Pay Later as the payment option, the FCIAA is holding a spot for you and this is considered a Promise to Pay. All payments or cancellations for unpaid registrations must be received no later than 5:00 PM Eastern on Monday, June 1, 2026. Any outstanding payment not received by this deadline will be billed to the employer or individual. Registrations made after June 1, 2026 must be paid via credit card at the time of registration.
MAIN CONFERENCE EVENT
The main training event will be held Tuesday, June 23 - Thursday, June 25, 2026. This does NOT include any Certification Course(s) or IACA exams that may be hosted at the site.
Information on Crime Pattern Analysis certification courses and IACA exams that may be hosted at the training site can be found below. Any scheduled will take place on Monday, June 22, 2026.

EXHIBITOR/VENDOR BASE PACKAGE ($1,000)
This year, the standard vendor package will include invitations to take part in our keynote luncheon, break refreshments, and vendor event.
In addition to the Vendor Night presentation, we are also going to extend the invitation to our vendors to attend our welcome social mixer with members this year.
Vendors may NOT win door prizes. Basic electricity (to power up laptops and run demos) is accessible and at no additional cost. Special needs or additional electricity is not included and is not available. There is complimentary WiFi in the meeting space; however, there is no hard/direct line access provided. Please plan to have a backup, should the WiFi not be sufficient.

Reception Station (w/food) Sponsor ($1,000) - Includes signage posted at the reception area, mention of sponsorship in conference mobile application, and a link to your business website on the FCIAA Conference webpage.
Morning Coffee Sponsor ($1,200) - Includes signage posted at your sponsored coffee area(s), mention of sponsorship in conference mobile application, and a link to your business website on the FCIAA Conference webpage.
Afternoon Beverage Sponsor ($1,200) - Includes signage posted at your sponsored beverage area(s), mention of sponsorship in conference mobile application, and a link to your business website on the FCIAA Conference webpage.
Break Sponsor ($1,500) - Includes signage posted during your sponsored refreshment break(s), mention of sponsorship in conference mobile application, and a link to your business website on the FCIAA Conference webpage.
Hospitality Sponsor ($1,500 per hour for beer/wine bar -OR- $2,000 per hour for open call bar) - Includes signage posted during all purchased hours of your sponsored hospitality event, mention of sponsorship in conference mobile application, and a link to your business website on the FCIAA Conference webpage.
Lunch-n-Learn Sponsor (w/boxed lunches) ($2,500) - Includes signage posted during the Lunch-n-Learn event you are sponsoring, mention of sponsorship in conference mobile application, push notifications to members to encourage participation, and a link to your business website on the FCIAA Conference webpage. This is YOUR session and people will be coming to learn about your company, services, and products.
Keynote Luncheon Sponsor ($4,500) - Includes signage posted during the entire FCIAA Annual Training Event and during the Luncheon, mention of sponsorship in conference mobile application, push notifications to members, a five minute speaking block prior to the keynote address, and a link to your business website on the FCIAA Conference webpage.
OTHER ADD-ONS:
Mobile Application Banner ($100) - Provide your artwork to be included in a marquee-style banner on our mobile application.
Exhibitor-Led Breakout Session ($100) FCIAA welcomes exhibitors and sponsors to show off their products in the form of a case study or other interactive class-style medium. The Conference Committee will coordinate scheduling if this option is purchased.
Additional Representatives ($50 each) - One person is included with your base vendor package. For more than one table attendant, a fee is assessed.
