You may also download our CALL FOR EXHIBITORS flier here.

EXHIBITOR/VENDOR BASE PACKAGE ($1,000)

This year, the standard vendor package will include invitations to take part in our keynote luncheon, break refreshments, vendor event, and should you choose to participate, a teaching block for one person to present a case study/major case that was solved using your product. This presentation option is different from past years. FCIAA is always looking to improve the attendee’s experience, and in an effort to assure that the attendees not only learn about your product during demos, but we also want them to actually see it in action. If you choose to participate in the teaching block, a topic submission and short abstract will be needed at the time of sign up. Teaching blocks will be filled on a first come, first serve basis, and as the schedule permits.
In addition to the Vendor Night presentation, this year we are also going to extend the invitation to our vendors to attend our welcome social mixer with members this year. Should you be interested in being a sponsor during this event, please email the VP of Training for more details.
Vendors may NOT win door prizes. Basic electricity (to power up laptops and run demos) is accessible and at no additional cost. Special needs or additional electricity is not included and is not available. There is complimentary WiFi in the meeting space; however, there is no hard/direct line access provided. Please plan to have a backup, should the WiFi not be sufficient.
